    Etihad Airways is rated among the most punctual airlines in the world

    A report from global aviation analytics group OAG found that Etihad Airways was the most punctual airline in the Middle East and worldwide during the peak summer season. Etihad has achieved an on-time arrival performance rating of 83% within 15 minutes since April. With its Punctuality League ratings since April 2022, OAG listed Etihad as one of the few airlines in the Middle East that consistently achieves an 80% on-time arrival rate.

    Etihad Airways is rated among the most punctual airlines in the worldIt is Etihad’s policy to maintain one of the lowest cancellation rates in the world in regards to its flights. In terms of on-time performance, the OAG defines on-time performance as a flight arriving within 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival time, which is a standard measure used within the airline industry that takes into account a variety of variables that may contribute to flight delays.
